Which teleCalm services can I put on hold?

All teleCalm services can be put on hold.

What is my monthly charge if I put my teleCalm service on hold?

Your monthly service charge will be reduced to $15 a month during the time your service is on hold.

What are the requirements to be able to put my teleCalm account on hold?

You must be an account holder in good standing with at least 60 days of active service.

What is the minimum length of time that I can put my teleCalm service on hold?

We recommend you only put your service on hold if it will be longer than two weeks.

How much is the initial one time fee to place my service on hold?

There is no initial one time fee to place your services on hold.

What do I do with my equipment?

Keep as is; no need to return or disconnect while your service is on hold.

What account capabilities will I have?

You will not be able to make or receive calls. However, if you have Caregiver service, you will still have access to the Caregiver App.

Do I need to continue to pay my teleCalm bill?

Yes, you will continue to be auto-charged at the new $15 a month rate, starting with the next monthly charge.

How will I know my hold order has been completed?

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 business days.
